WebHey all, Im looking for other people that have installed a lightweight flywheel on a 9th gen civic si and have successfully dealt with the misfire sensor that fires as a result of its installation. I brought two flywheels to my mechanic for a clutch job on my 9th gen SI. I gave him an OEM and a lightweight flywheel. WebSep 7, 2009 · As the subject states, I'm looking for the difinitive answer to the weight of the OEM TSX flywheel. I've tried searching, and haven't found the answer. I did, however, find the following: OEM RSX-S = 16lbs. OEM JDM DC5 Type-R = 10.5lbs. These seem like good options for the TSX if you don't want to go as extreme as say and Exedy at 8.5lbs.
