WebFor the conversion itself you don't really have to do anything, just unpack and be done, mod is just plugin (s) and scripts, you can take the extra step of converting to form 44, if so just save the translated plugin. Mind that without CK fixes if you open a plugin in CK that depends on another esp and save, you will break that relationship.

Not to say that im using it (not using any Follower mod), but there aren't any features added to Skyrim after March 20th of 2013, which was the last patch (1.9.32.08 or something) and over month after Dragonborn was released.
