WebOct 8, 2009 · My "dinner" meal usually consists of 50-100 grams of carbs with 60+ grams of protein. Not sure of the macro breakdown though. It is close to 300 grams of protein I think, maybe 300 grams of carbs on a high day depending on the dinner, and very unsure of the calories. I'm about 5'8-5'9, around 215 lbs normally.
